Secret Boutique's business hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm PST. Please allow 1-4 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled and sent from our facility to the post office. Once you've received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to start updating.
During any promotional sale, shipping time may take an additional 1-3 business days. Shipments within the U.S. range between 1-5 business days, depending on your location. International Shipments range from 1-4 weeks, depending on location.
We ship all orders via USPS. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If a package is returned back due to insufficient address, Shop Secret Boutique is NOT responsible for any shipping fees. Customers must pay reshipment fee or can be issued store credit. NO REFUNDS.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Shop Secret Boutique does not hold responsibility for package that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
