How long will it take for my item(s) to be shipped?
♡ Secret Boutique's business hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm PST. Please allow 1-4 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled and sent from our facility to the post office. Once you've received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to start updating.
♡ During any promotional sale, shipping time may take an additional 1-3 business days. Shipments within the U.S. range between 1-5 business days, depending on your location. International Shipments range from 1-4 weeks, depending on location.
Please note: To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

I need to start a return - what do I do?
♡ Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return approved FIRST, BEFORE shipping back your item.
♡ WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT. PLEASE ONLY RETURN YOUR PACKAGE VIA USPS.
♡ Customers MUST notify Secret Boutique via email within 5 DAYS of the delivered date to be eligible for returns for store credit. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees.To be eligible for return for store credit, all items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. If a returned item is found to be used when received, your store credit will be rendered void.
♡ PLEASE NOTE: The return package must be sent within 5 days of receiving the return approval email. Please email us with your tracking number in order to confirm the shipment. If we don’t hear back from you within that time frame, we will have to cancel your return.
Can I cancel/change my order?
♡ If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com within 15 minutes of completing your purchase. If we are not emailed within this timeframe, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.
♡ Please make sure all payment methods, shipping & item information are correct before submitting an order.
Uh-oh! My item was defective when I received it!
♡ If an item is defective, it is eligible for replacement strictly within the 5 day period, so please inspect your items immediately. If we are not notified within 5 days of delivery, all defective items are no longer eligible for return/replacement.
♡ Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within the 5 day period with your order number and a photo of the defective item (with defection clearly visible) in order to be eligible for a replacement.
Uh-oh! There is an item missing from my order!
♡ If an item is missing from your order, it is eligible for replacement strictly within the 5 day period, so please inspect your items immediately and make sure all the items you ordered are accounted for. If we are not notified within 5 days of delivery, all missing items are no longer eligible for return/replacement.
♡ Please email email@example.com within the 5 day period with your order number and a clear photo of your packing slip in order to be eligible for a replacement.
Can I return an item I bought with a sale promo code?
♡ Clearance/Sale items and items purchased during a promotional sale will NOT be accepted for return as they are considered FINAL SALE.

Are there any items that I can't return?
All of the following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:
♡ White Clothing (due to hygiene purposes)
♡ Accessories (hats, jewelry, socks, belts)
I sent my return package after getting it approved - what happens next?
♡ Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, once your package has been delivered to us.
♡ WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN PACKAGES. If there's any issue regarding your package, you MUST take this up with USPS/UPS as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
My package was marked "Return to Sender" - what does this mean?
♡ "Return to Sender" means that there was an issue with your shipping address or delivery process so it is being sent back to Secret Boutique.

♡ If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

My tracking link says my package was delivered, but I can't find it!
♡ If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen) please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package. Shop Secret Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
