RETURN POLICY

Please email support@shopsecretboutique.com to get your return/exchanges approved FIRST, BEFORE shipping back your item.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are UNABLE TO CANCEL the order. PLEASE ONLY RETURN YOUR PACKAGE VIA USPS.

Customers MUST notify Secret Boutique via email within 5 DAYS of the delivered date for returns for store credit. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees and that the items must be returned in the new condition that it was received. If an item is defected, it is eligible for exchange within the 5 day period, so please inspect your items immediately.

Clearance/Sale items will and items purchased during a promotional sale will NOT be accepted for exchange for they are considered FINAL SALE.

Bodysuits, Bikinis, White Clothing (due to hygiene purposes) and Accessories are considered FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for return for store credit, all items must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed, once your package has been delivered to us.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN PACKAGES. If there's any issue regarding your package, you MUST take this up with USPS/UPS as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopsecretboutique.com. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If a package is returned back due to insufficient address, Shop Secret Boutique is NOT responsible for any shipping fees. Customers must pay reshipment fee or can be issued store credit. NO REFUNDS.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Shop Secret Boutique  does not hold responsibility for package that state delivered.  Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
